As part of a series of activities on the occasion of the Lunar New Year of the Pig 2019, on January 29, 2019, the company's union held a contest to pack and cook banh chung and banh tet at Pin Con O Factory. This is one of the activities with practical meaning, to create solidarity and joyful atmosphere for CB. Company employees, during the coming New Year, spring and after a year of hard work. It is also an opportunity for CB. Employees live, exchange, cultivate experiences, have fun, and deepen the traditional beauties of the homeland, the Vietnamese nation and PINACO culture.

With the tradition of mutual love, good leaves protect torn leaves, PINACO has organized and participated in many charity activities for people who are still in difficulty and need. This is a regular activity of the company with the desire to contribute to the community for a more and more beautiful life.

On the morning of November 24, 2018, PINACO Company held the 2018 PINACO Workers' Sports Festival at the Center of Culture, Sports and Fitness in Binh Tan District. The sports festival was organized by the Youth Union of PINACO in collaboration with the Executive Committee of the Trade Union of the company. Attending the Sports Festival were Mr. Le Van Nam - Chairman of the Company's Trade Union - Deputy General Director of the company, the Board of Directors of the Union of member units and leaders of the company's departments and divisions. Sports festival is a playground for sports, training health, skills and promoting individual talents and strengths, fostering the spirit of sports competition, thereby training athletes' will and morality, contributing to practical part in the development of sport movement in the units. At the same time, contributing to improving the efficiency of production and business at the unit, continuing to promote the spirit of solidarity and attachment of employees in the company. On the occasion of the 88th anniversary of the establishment of the Vietnam Women's Union (October 20, 1930 - October 20, 2018), on October 20, 2018, the Company's Trade Union held a cooking contest with the theme: "Diligence in the kitchen" aims to create a healthy playground for everyone to show their culinary cultural talent.
